Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc

Les Pouyeaux: Most of the highest plots of Les Pouyeaux are in the midst of the south-and south–west facing slopes protected from the north wind by woods at the top of the hill. The remaining plots are on a gently sloping hillside.

Very intense, with deep color, Complex bouquet of fresh red-berried fruit and blueberries with a hint of spice.  Medium to full bodied with a beautifully soft texture.

Perfect with all meats and game or roasted poultry and stronger cheeses.
