Chateau Trebiac

Appellation:  Graves

 Graves is one of the best know appellations in Bordeaux for producing wonderfully balanced and crisp white wines.  Chateau Trebiac is a great example of this.  We have been working with this property for 6 years now and buy their whole production including their other property Chateau Puycastaing. 

Chateau Trebiac Graves White: 70% Semillion and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine is a little different in that it has such a high percentage of Semillion but don’t be fooled it is crisp clean and dry.  What is great about the higher percentage of Semillion is that this brings a wonderfully richness in the wine and then you have the Sauvignon Blanc which adds the bright fruit and acidity.  A perennial winner.
