Chateau la Pervenche is a very small 7.5 acre property located in Lalande de Pomerol.  Lalande de Pomerol is a satellite appellation ( located next to) Pomerol.  Very traditional wine making, soils are a mix of clay/limestone and aged for 6-8 months in a mix of new and 1-2 year oak barrels.  Deep ruby color with hints of smoke and roasted coffee followed by intensely expressive cherry and cassis fruit.  Super balance with a long full finish.
