      The Property


      Located in Générac, around 12 km aways from the ancient city of Nîmes, the property was once one of the famous hunting locations in 20th century. Now the property has a vineyard of 20ha and belongs to the family Larguier. They have been running the business for several generations.

      The Wine


      Blending

      75% Syrah, 25% others

      Aging

      In the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was extracted twice before blending. Then the blended wine stayed in cold temperature controlled vat for 4 months before the bottling.

      Vinification

      The grapes were harvested when they reached the perfect maturity. The berries were in cold maceration till the intensity of the color reach the level preferred. They pressing were carried on based on the different grape varieties. Then the wines were fermented with controlled temperature and make sure to reach the best expression of the fruits.

      Aging potential

      It is ready to drink. It is suggested to finish in the year.

      Tasting

      Very beautiful light pink color. Very aromatic in nose with the aromas of red fruits and orange. Smooth in the mouth, round with very good balance.

      Food pairing

      To taste it with grills, cold meat and exotic dishes. To serve at around 10°C
