- The initial sweetness envelopes the mouth, but after you swallow, the tannins kick in. Sweet yet dry.

Chateau D'Aydie "Pacherenc du Vic Bilh" 2009
- 100% Petit Manseng
- This is a late harvested wine where the grapes are left on the vine until the point of becoming raisins.
- Aged for 1 year in oak on its lees "Sediment" and stir every month which develops its richness.
- Brilliant color with deep exotic fruits, great richness and super balance between the sweetness and acidity. Great alternative to Sauternes.
